Where and when do you deliver?
Within Greater Cairo only:

How long does delivery take?
Up to 2 days, and there is no same-day delivery. Orders placed before 4 PM may arrive the next day if it's a delivery day for your area.
Do you deliver on Fridays or public holidays?
There is no delivery on Fridays. We usually deliver on public holidays, but please arrange with us first.
How much is delivery?
EGP 120 to all areas, and free on orders over EGP 2,500 (only applies to orders made through the website).
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, EGP 400, not including delivery.
What happens after I order?
Within 2 hours, we'll WhatsApp you to confirm your order, delivery day and time. Orders placed after business hours are confirmed the next morning.
What if I don't reply to the confirmation?
Your order is put on hold until you reply. We'll then reschedule it for the next available slot.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change the items, address or date, or cancel, by WhatsApp until 5 PM the day before delivery.
What if I cancel later than that?
We bake fresh on the day of delivery, so late cancellations must be paid in full.
Refunds & Complaints
What if there's a problem with my order?
WhatsApp us with the details. We'll collect the product and, if the complaint is confirmed, replace or refund it.
How are refunds paid?
- Cash orders: by InstaPay.
- Card orders: back to your card within 14 business days.
Products & Allergens
How should I store my products?
See each product page for storage and shelf life. We can't accept complaints about products that weren't stored correctly.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, sesame and eggs.

How does the referral program work?
Share your personal link with a friend. They get EGP 100 off their first order of EGP 750 or more, and once they order, you get EGP 100 off too.
Can I combine rewards with other offers?
No. Rewards can’t be used with bundle discounts or other discount codes.
Do my points expire?
Yes, after 12 months without an order.
Do I get my points back if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel before 5 PM the day before delivery.
