If you are looking for a dessert that doesn’t fill you with regret the moment you finish it, this is for you. You can totally play around with fruit and nut butters but this combo was particularly yummy

For the caramelized walnuts, I tossed a handful of walnuts with 1 tbs of olive oil (or any oil you like), 1 tbs honey and a pinch of cinnamon and salt and roasted them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. ⠀
