Chili Rice Noodles

5 minute Rice Noodles with Garlic Ginger Chili Oil

Rice Noodles ⠀

Boil for 5 minutes in salted water, drain and put aside

Then mix together⠀

- 4 crushed garlic cloves ⠀

- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (you can add more if you like spicy food)⠀

- 1/2 tsp pepper⠀

- 2 tbs soy sauce ⠀

- 2 tsp rice vinegar ⠀

- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger (if you're using dry only put 1 tsp) ⠀

- 2 chopped spring onions ⠀

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley ⠀⠀

Heat the oil on high heat till very hot ⠀

- 1/4 cup neutral oil (I used canola but corn or sunflower would do) ⠀

Pour the hot oil over the mixture and watch it sizzle! Then mix in your noodles and dig in!
