This chia pudding with almond butter granola (find the recipe in my last post), coconut shavings and figs is drizzled with raw honey, sesame seeds and perfect for happy weekend mornings π₯£β
For the chia pudding simply mix 1 and a 1/2 cups of dairy free milk (I used coconut), 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla ...leave overnight in the fridge and it's ready to eat π½β
