Baked oats are my latest obsession! Just as an intro for those of you that have never tried making them before, this is a great easy recipe to start.
Almond Baked Oats with Chocolate Chunks⠀⠀⠀

- 35 g 'be good today' Oat Flour⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tsp 'be good today' Almond Butter⠀⠀⠀
- 1/3 cup Almond Mylk ⠀⠀⠀
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey (or maple for vegan version) ⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 medium Banana (mashed)⠀⠀⠀
- pinch of salt & pure vanilla powder ⠀
- 20 grams chopped Chocolate (save some to sprinkle on top) ⠀⠀⠀

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and done ⠀⠀
